87. In 2013, reversed a major felony drug conviction from 2001. Conviction was vacated and indictment was dismissed and sealed. Defendant was convicted and incarcerated in 2001 for criminal sale of a controlled substance and related serious felony charges, as a result of sale of a substantial amount of controlled substance to an undercover officer. After extensive State Supreme and Appellate Court litigation, Mr. Dayan secured a reversal of the conviction and all criminal charges against defendant were dismissed and sealed. 88. In 2011, reversed a larceny conviction from 1992. Conviction was vacated and the criminal complaint dismissed and sealed. Defendant was convicted and imprisoned in 1993 for the offense of Larceny. Mr. Dayan secured a reversal of the conviction and all criminal charges against defendant were dismissed and sealed.
